When you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received it and further information about the time we need to prepare and ship it. In case a product is not immediately available, we will notify you directly by email.
For shipments within Greece, delivery and charges apply as follows:
For all orders in Greece over 150€ we provide free shipping. In the Prefecture of Attica within 6-7 working days, transportation costs are 3€ up to 2 kg of packages . For every additional kg, additional charges may apply.
In the rest of Greece within 9-10 working days, transportation costs are 5€ up to 2 kg of packages. For every additional kg, additional charges may apply.
For international shipments, delivery and charges apply as follows:
In Europe within 9-10 working days, transportation costs by post registered are 15€, in Australia 20€ by post registered and in America 20€ by post registered up to 2 kg of packages. For every additional kg, additional charges may apply.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant to the consumer a period of 14 days from delivery confirmation to return the product. In such case please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all “obscoura” garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please also include in the return package a copy of the return email and the payment receipt. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval on behalf of “obscoura” under the abovementioned conditions. Any return delivery costs (excluding any additional delivery costs if you have chosen another delivery method from the basic and less expensive method we offer you) shall be borne by us and we shall refund the value of the returned products within 30 calendar days in the same way your payment was done.
In case you wish to change size or color in a product you have bought, you need to return such product to the company as further described above without complete a new order. In case you wish to exchange a product with an other product, you need to return such product to the company as further described above and complete a new order while you get your refund as mentioned above.
For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if the product’s packaging is intact so as to detect any apparent defaults. In case a default is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the issue.
