the headboard of the bed has been designed to allow comfortable reading, with the head resting on a long, strongly rounded edge

the softness of the shape of the bed has been additionally reinforced by the use of soft foam

the mattress frame balances the massive headboard

the thin frame with a wooden plinth and high legs add lightness to it, as does the upholstered plinth, which is set back from the mattress frame
